It is necessary so that we can see what exactly and when you bought.  To get information about your purchase, please follow steps below 


Go to the Windows Store

1. Click on User icon

2. Choose 'Purchased'

You will be asked to log in your Microsoft account (or if you are already logged in, you will be taken directly into a section of your purchases) .

If you have made any purchases in the Windows Store, all of them will be displayed in this section. Find the purchase about which you want to contact us and take a screenshot. It is important that your screenshot clearly shows the app name, the name of a paid feature (if you used in-app purchase), the price and date when you made this purchase.
